Before the production process;

Option 1:

• Product visuals are supplied by our customer in PDF, AI, EPS or FREEHAND format.
• Our design department prepares the latest version of the print before production.
• After confirmation of the artwork given by our customer (product sizes, pantone information or CMYK and the other details..) the production process begins.

Option 2:

• Digital sample is produced free of charge by our own design department and will be sent to you with our TNT account.
• Pre-production sample has variable costs and it derives from one product to another.
• Proof-production is produced at the same production area as one-to-one with the customer order.
• After proof-production is confirmed by our customer, the production process begins.

After the production process;

• Which is between 12 or 14 days, the products are delivered with European Standard Euro Palet (80 x 120 cm) to your address in 6 - 7 days.
• After the finished products are sent out, a tracking number will be provided in 2 days, of which our customer could track the goods delivery online.

Information about the delivery of the products (IMPORTANT)

 

According to the delivery information given from our customers before the customs procedures

 

Option 1:

• The necessary documentations prepared with the products will be delivered directly to the customer's address

Option 2:

• The products will be delivered to an alternate location with the necessary documentation (delivery note) prepared by the customer.
• Customers who ordered, will contact the other party themselves during the customs clearence, if needed.
• The prepared necessary documentations will be delivered to the customer seperately.
